Glowacki Management Company offers leasing services for commercial and residential property owners.
We will manage:
Rental Rate/Sale Price — Glowacki Management Company will conduct an analysis to establish the most economic and profitable rental rate/sales price that can be charged for the property.
Advertising — Available units will be marketed on various avenues to maximize exposure. Some examples may include the Glowacki Management Company website, Multiple Listing Service (MLS), and various online portals such as Realtor.com and Zillow.com.
Application Process — We will use all reasonable efforts to determine the desirability of a prospective tenant and/or business entity by a screening process which shall include but not limited to a credit report, criminal report and income verification, upon each person or entity.
Lease Execution and Management — Glowacki Management Company will prepare and execute lease documents, conduct all activities relating to the tenant’s execution of lease documents.
