Timothy E. Shannon

Timothy E. Shannon joined Glowacki Management Company in December 2025 as Property Manager of The Bowie Apartments. In this capacity, Mr. Shannon is responsible for overseeing daily property operations, ensuring a high level of resident service, and maintaining the established standards of the community. His responsibilities also include coordinating special projects, such as major repairs, capital improvements, and facility upgrades.

Prior to joining Glowacki Management Company, Mr. Shannon accumulated more than ten years of experience in property management, overseeing a range of residential communities. He also has extensive experience as a building superintendent, where he developed strong capabilities in problem-solving, leadership, and maintenance management.

A Batavia, New York native, Mr. Shannon relocated to Erie in 2008. He is recognized for his professional demeanor, strong communication skills, and ability to work effectively with individuals from diverse backgrounds.
