In this capacity, Ms. Ellis serves as a senior leader strategizing the execution of both long-term and short-term housing solutions, ensuring an exceptional, high-touch experience for every client. Her deep, lifelong knowledge of the Erie region positions her as an invaluable executive resource for individuals and families relocating to the area.

Operating with advanced oversight, she guides intricate tenant lease agreements seamlessly from inception through execution. Ms. Ellis is equally pivotal to the commercial division, spearheading document preparation and corporate renewals. Her passion for the industry, positive leadership style and dedicated drive consistently brings meaningful value to the Erie community.

Ms. Ellis is a licensed Pennsylvania Real Estate Salesperson and maintains active leadership alignment with the Greater Erie Board of Realtors (GEBOR) and the National Association of Realtors (NAR). Prior to her distinguished career at Glowacki Management Company, she dedicated eight years of public service to the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, concluding her tenure at the prestigious Governor’s Office in Erie. Her diverse professional background is further anchored by executive experience in the legal field and an Associate Degree in Paralegal Studies.
