Melissa L. Ellis

Melissa Ellis is the Leasing Manager at Glowacki Management Company, bringing over 15 years of expertise in the residential leasing industry throughout Erie and the surrounding areas. Her primary focus is delivering exceptional assistance to individuals seeking both long-term and short-term housing solutions.

Ms. Ellis's extensive knowledge of the Erie region allows her to provide valuable resources to those relocating to the area. She works closely with tenants on all aspects of lease agreements and contributes to the commercial division by preparing lease documents and managing renewals. Her passion and positive approach ensure value-added services for the Erie community.

Melissa Ellis is a licensed Pennsylvania Real Estate Salesperson and an active member of the Greater Erie Board of Realtors (GEBOR) and the National Association of Realtors (NAR). Prior to joining Glowacki Management Company, she spent eight years with the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, concluding her tenure at the Governor’s Office in Erie. Her background also includes experience in the legal field, supported by an Associate Degree in Paralegal Studies.

A lifelong Erie resident and McDowell High School graduate (Class of 1988).
