Melisa ("MAC") Casey  an Administrative Assistant – Leasing at Glowacki Management Company has been helping deliver efficient leasing operations and responsive service across the company’s residential apartment communities and manufactured home parks throughout the Erie area for 7 years.

She partners with prospective residents, current tenants, property managers, and maintenance staff to support application processing, move-ins, documentation, resident communications, and consistent navigation of company policies and procedures.

MAC helps resolve resident and applicant concerns, coordinate solutions, and maintain accurate records across multiple properties, strengthening communication, operational efficiency, and the leasing experience.

When working with residents, MAC brings professionalism, fairness, and responsive service to every interaction while supporting Glowacki Management Company’s mission to provide quality housing and dependable property management throughout the communities it serves.
