Bridget C. Shames

Bridget C. Shames serves as Vice President and Director of Marketing & Development for Glowacki Management Company, where she plays a key leadership role in the continued growth of the company and its residential and commercial real estate operations. Mrs. Shames oversees business development, marketing, leasing strategy, and client relationships, while working closely with property owners, tenants, and the Glowacki Management team to identify opportunities and deliver a high level of service.

During her tenure with Glowacki Management Company, Mrs. Shames has developed extensive experience in residential and commercial property management, leasing, real estate marketing, and client relations. She is actively involved in developing new management relationships, positioning properties for lease or sale, coordinating marketing initiatives, and helping owners maximize the visibility and performance of their real estate assets.

Prior to joining Glowacki Management Company, Mrs. Shames spent seven years with Cintas Corporation, where she completed the company’s management training program and subsequently held positions in service management, sales management, and strategic account management. As an Account Executive in York, Pennsylvania, she was responsible for the growth and retention of many of the operation’s largest customer relationships, including major national and regional companies. Her experience at Cintas provided a strong foundation in sales, customer retention, operational management, and relationship development that continues to influence her approach to real estate and property management.

Mrs. Shames is also a principal of Turf Management Services, LLC, a commercial landscape and snow management company serving businesses and institutional clients throughout Northwestern Pennsylvania. Her involvement in multiple service-based businesses has provided additional experience in customer relationship management, business development, marketing, and organizational growth.

Mrs. Shames earned her Bachelor of Business Administration from Loyola College in Maryland. She is a licensed Pennsylvania real estate salesperson and is a member of the Greater Erie Board of Realtors and the National Association of REALTORS®.

Mrs. Shames is also actively involved in the Erie community. She has served on the Board of Directors of the Erie Catholic School System, including service as Board Chair for Erie DAWN, and is a member of the Hamot Health Foundation Board of Corporators. She also is currently serving on the Board of Directors of Asbury Woods.

Mrs. Shames combination of business development, real estate, marketing, operations, and customer relationship experience provides Glowacki Management Company’s clients with a practical and service-oriented approach focused on developing long-term relationships and maximizing the performance of their real estate assets.
