Robert E. Glowacki has been actively engaged in the real estate profession since graduating from Fordham University, New York in 1973. Bob is licensed as a Pennsylvania Real Estate Broker, Certified General Real Estate Appraiser in PA and NY, and a Certified Pennsylvania Evaluator in PA. Bob has extensive management experience with several professional office buildings, medically related facilities, and multi-family projects in addition to his commercial and industrial appraisal and brokerage businesses.

Bridget C. Shames is Vice President and Director of Marketing & Development for Glowacki Management. Mrs. Shames leads the efforts to successfully grow and develop customer relationships. She is also responsible for the marketing activities and the direction of the Glowacki Management Company. Prior to joining Glowacki Management Company, Mrs. Shames worked for Cintas Corporation as the Account Executive in York, Pennsylvania. She was responsible for the growth and customer retention for their top 200 accounts. Some of her customers included Johnson and Johnson, Dart Container and Cargill. She started with Cintas in 2002 as a Management Trainee. During her seven years with Cintas, she held a variety of positions to include Service Manager, Market Sales Manager and Account Executive.

Mrs. Shames earned her BBA from Loyola College in Maryland. She was also a member of their Division I swimming team.

Mrs. Shames currently serves on the Board of Directors for the Erie DAWN; a non-profit organization which helps homeless women transition back into independence by helping them to acquire the tools and resources needed for self-sufficiency.

Garrett S. Shames is the Chief Operating Officer of Glowacki Management Company overseeing the day to day operations and strategic planning of Glowacki Management Company. Mr. Shames has extensive knowledge and a track record of success in both Real Estate and Operations Management. Prior to his career with Glowacki Management Company, Mr. Shames worked for Cintas Corporation in various management and sales capacities starting as a management trainee and ultimately serving as the Facility Service Branch Manager and General Counsel of the York, Pennsylvania operation. Prior to joining Cintas Corporation, Mr. Shames served as a Commercial Real Estate attorney for Niles, Barton & Wilmer, LLP. His areas of practice included commercial leasing, commercial real estate, land use & zoning and landlord/tenant. He earned his law degree from University of Baltimore Law School in 2007 and graduated with honors. Mr. Shames obtained his undergraduate degree from Towson University magna cum laude with a BS in Business Management.

Mr. Shames currently serves on the Board of Directors for the Bayfront East Side Taskforce (BEST), a non-profit organization whose vision is to improve the quality of life in the East Bayfront Neighborhood. He is also a member of American Bar Association Real Property Section, Maryland State Bar Association and the Baltimore County Bar Association. In addition, Mr. Shames is a licensed PA Real Estate Salesperson.

 
James E. Rice

James E. Rice joined the Glowacki Management Company in December 2009 as the Director of Finance and Accounting where he is responsible for fiscal oversight of over 50 properties in Erie County. Prior to his association with Glowacki Management, Mr. Rice was responsible for the day to day accounting for eight corporations of the Economic Development Corporation of Erie County totaling $90 million in assets. Mr. Rice also spent over ten years successfully managing retail and restaurant operations in the area before transitioning into real estate accounting.

Mr. Rice is currently a member of the Institute of Management Accountants and the American Institute of Professional Bookkeepers. Mr. Rice also sits on the Erie Business Center Advisory Board where he provides leadership, direction on curriculum relevancy and outreach possibilities. Mr. Rice graduated in 2006 from Erie Business Center with an Associates Degree in Accounting. Mr. Rice obtained his Bachelors Degree from Edinboro University in the Spring of 2011.

 
Corrine M. White

Corrine M. White is the Service Coordinator for Glowacki Management Company.   She is responsible for managing our maintenance team, coordinating the day-to-day requests of our customers and ensuring these requests are property executed.   Ms. White has an extensive service background.  Prior to joining Glowacki Management Company, Ms. White worked in the IBEW Local 56 Electrical Union where she was an electrical apprentice.  She has an Associates degree in Business Management and Marketing and is certified in Microsoft Word, Excel and Access.

Amy M. Oligeri joined Glowacki Management Company in June 2010 as their management trainee with her current role in customer service. Ms. Oligeri is responsible for assisting customers with daily requests and serving as the liaison between the customers and Glowacki Management Company.

Ms. Oligeri is a recent graduate of Gannon University where she obtained a Bachelors of Science Degree in Business Administration and a minor in Psychology. While attending Gannon, Ms. Oligeri participated in Habitat for Humanity, Gannon Business Days, and completed a summer internship at World Resource Recovery Systems, Inc.

Melissa L. Ellis has joined Glowacki Management Company as their Leasing/Real Estate Sales Agent. She is responsible for providing assistance to clients in both residential and commercial leasing and sales.

Ms. Ellis is a native of Erie and graduated from McDowell high School in 1988. She attended Erie Business Center where she obtained an Associates Degree in Specialized Business as a Paralegal in 1995. Ms. Ellis worked for the State of Pennsylvania for over eight years holding various positions, with her last position of four years as the secretary for the Department of Community & Economic Development and the Governor's Northwest Regional Office. Ms. Ellis obtained her PA Real Estate Sales License in November 2009.

Shannon M Smith joined Glowacki Management Company in January 2012 as their Staff Accountant. She is responsible for all accounts receivable & accounts payable for over 50 different properties. In addition, Ms. Smith assists the accounting department with bank reconciliations and financial statement preparation.

Ms. Smith is an Erie Native, Graduating from Girard High school in 2005. She graduated from California University of Pennsylvania in May of 2009, where she obtained a Bachelors of Science Degree in Accounting and a minor in Management. Prior to Glowacki Management Ms. Smith worked for a local Notary Service as a Notary Public. She also has past experience handling the day to day book keeping for a local manufacturing company.
